Hello,

I am making an alarm clock for the Altera DE2-70 FPGA.

I am looking for some sort of cable to connect to the GPIO pins. And I somehow need to connect that cable to external speakers to listen to the alarm beep.

Can someone please let me know what sort of cable I should be looking at and where I can find one ?

Thank you !!

This is the cable that would fit in it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/parallel_ata

I'm not sure how you would interface with the clock after that but this should give you a start.
