Guide me to select intel realsense camera

Hi,

We are going to develop an app using Unity and intel real sense. But I am not sure which hardware or camera we should buy. We want to do hand tracking, gesture tracking, detection, facial tracking, mood detection. Also, we want to detect the area on which a user is looking on the screen by tracking his eye gaze or movement of eye balls. Can anyone please tell me which intel camera has the features to be used for the development of such application.
