Hello, I want to develop a LED matrix display which can be used in smart city projects. which FPGA shall i used for this project.

This display can show real time data, video,single line text , multi line text, images. Also has LAN, GSM, usb and bluetooth connectivity to send and receive data from command control center. Audio processing. 

So which FPGA shall i used to develop all this features in multiple led module connected to each other.

Any FPGA can be used to implement it. It will depend on the performance and resources needed to implement your design. You may refer to https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/sg/product-catalog.pdf which will provide the product information for each device family
