Help with datasheet.

Hi. 

I have bought an FPGA from ebay, like this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/altera-cyclone-iv-fpga-usb-development-learning-board-ep4ce6e22c8n-/121768063938?hash=item1c59f133c2:g:qnsaaoswu4bvyly5 

 

But the problem is, I can't seem to find a datasheet for it, so if somebody already has it, or maybe knows where to find the datasheet for it i'd greatly appreciate it.
