I reinstalled windows 10 and i cant find drivers for this "PCI memory controller" and "MS bus controller"

- Click the CAB file and choose download
- unpack it the same way like a ZIP file to a new folder
- in device manager select update driver for the messed up device
- select have disk
- navigate to the download folder and select the INF file
