How to assign the right load for TCK pin in FPGA Cyclone V in Si Simulation?

As per the description of the title, I am confused about the TCK pin in Cyclone V in the Ibis model. I am not sure which one to select for input TCK.

Use the VCCPD pin, a dedicated programming power supply, to power the I/O pre-drivers and JTAG I/O
pins (TCK, TMS, TDI, and TDO). The supported configuration voltages are 2.5, 3.0, and 3.3 V.
