How to boot up with Strataflash

A strataflash(P30,28F128) is used in my SOPC, and I want to boot up with this flash(AP mode, EP3C40F484).  

I have tried to download the .elf file to this flash, then run from the flash. It works well. However, if I download the .sof to 0x20000 of the flash with Flash programmer. The sopc will not boot up. I am sure the MSEL connecting correctly.  

Any one can help me or tell me where to find some reference?.

I add "activeparallel", and this problem solved. Could somebody tell me how to find this key word?
