Loading image from PC to DE2-70 board SDRAM or M4K blocks

Hi,

I am a newbie and I appreciate your help!

I have been able to write a code in NIOS II IDE to read the file contents of an SDCARD (list of tif files) on the console and to display the content of one of them.

Now,

1. What is the C code to be used to transfer the tif image contents into SDRAM or M4K blocks in order to process the image by HW? what do I need to do .. I am in despair ..

2. If I had the image directly on PC instead, how can I load it into SDRAM or M4K blocks?
