Cyclone V GX series dont have built-in USB2.0 controller. If you want to use this device you need to buy USB2.0 controller from IP provider(not Intel). link : https://core.slscorp.com/ip-cores/communication.html
Cyclone V SX with SoC have built-in USB2.0 controller. You can use directly without need to purchase the IP.
