I can't download Altera Monitor Program on the web

Yeah i did it, but it been along time so i don't remember exactly what to do but i think u should try again step by step carefully. Very easy :D Good luck

If you read at this link https://www.altera.com/support/training/university/materials-software.html#altera-monitor-program/ it states that the monitor program is available as part of the FPGA University Program Installer which can be found a little further down on the same page.
