Based on the device OPN you provided, the transceiver tiles in the device are 4 F-tiles.
The IBIS-AMI model requires Non-Disclosure Agreement with Intel/Altera.
If you already have NDA, please sign in intel.com with the account and search the IBIS-AMI model of FGT and FHT.
If you have the NDA but could not find the document, please let me know the NDA number by sending me private message, so that I can send you the file.
If you do not have the NDA, please let me know and I can send you the Altera NDA template for signing.
