In creating part footprints for the following 3 ALTERA part numbers: 5AGXFA5H4F35C5N, 5CGXFC7C6F23C6N, 5M240ZM100A5 we need more information.

Dimensions for the substrate pad where the balls attach to the package are required. For example - substrate pad = 410um, SMD opening = 350um. Attached adds more detail. Please provide. Thanks​

Go for Table 3 and you should find the information as stated conditions:

 

Cyclone V: 1.00 mm (flipchip)

Arria V: 1.00mm (flipchip)

Max V: 0.50 mm MBGA
