Intel Arria 10 - Package Type question

Hello,

Trying to order an Arria 10 OPN, and would like to understand the ordering info.

In the picture above,  it mentions the package type and package code. 

In the I/O migration page below, there is a table which mentions package as "KF40" and "NF40". What does the K and N signify here?.

Sorry for the delay in response. It is just a variation of the package plan of Intel Arria 10 devices.

You may refer to the details of IO mentioned in the table below in A10-OVERVIEW:
