Hi Keerthi
Thank you for reaching in this forum.
As I understand it, you are using Cyclone 10 example design (Cyclone10GX_PCIeGen2x4_DMA_18_0.par) posted at below link.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/design-example/714945/cyclone-10-gx-pcie-gen2-x4-dma.html
If you are also using the Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX FPGA Development Kits at below
(https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/fpga/development-kits/cyclone/10-gx.html)
1) Pease ensure follow the default DIP switch settings documented section 3.2 of this Devkit User Guide: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683696/
2) Follow the steps in Application Note AN829, especially two sections below.
Mainly need to program the oscillator, programming the .sof, then restart PC to force system enumeration to discover the PCIe device.
i) section '1.2.5. Setting Up the Hardware'
ii) section '1.2.6. Programming the Intel Cyclone 10 GX FPGA Oscillator'
