Intel pcie gen 2x4 example design with avlonmm dma reference design for 18.1 version

when we connect the cyclone 10gx board with example design(PCI express avalon-MM DMA reference design) sof/jic file to pcie slot in pc. system is not restarting.

As I understand it, you are using Cyclone 10 example design (Cyclone10GX_PCIeGen2x4_DMA_18_0.par) posted at below link.

If you are also using the Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX FPGA Development Kits at below

(https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/fpga/development-kits/cyclone/10-gx.html)

1) Pease ensure follow the default DIP switch settings documented section 3.2 of this Devkit User Guide: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683696/

2) Follow the steps in Application Note AN829, especially two sections below. 

  Mainly need to program the oscillator, programming the .sof, then restart PC to force system enumeration to discover the PCIe device. 

  i) section '1.2.5. Setting Up the Hardware' 

  ii) section '1.2.6. Programming the Intel Cyclone 10 GX FPGA Oscillator'
