We cant read the causes of crashes here. 

 

Possible solutions: 

Try a newer version (9.0 is a couple of years old) 

Delete the DB and incremental_DB directory. 

 

Otherwise raise a mysupport request with altera.

i doubt you'll get far with mySupport and 9.0. definitely upgrade 

 

i see clues about transceivers, incremental compile, and running out of memory

Delete DB and incremental_DB. If it doesn't work delete all non necessary files (everything but .vhd, .sdc .sopc and other important stuff)
