Is there a way (e.g. low-level primitive) where I can assign a particular pad directly to a I/O port, without having to use the pin name? Instead of
set_location_assignment PIN_A13 -to MY_IO
i would like to write something like
set_location_assignment PAD_35 -to MY_IO
Thanks!

Ok, that was too fast. It works. But that leads me to another question: How can I force the fitter to accept unbonded pads?
