Is there any documentation that describes all of the product markings on the FPGAs. Specifically Cyclone V but generally any Intel PSG FPGA?

I have found a date decoder for the devices in and old Customer Advisory ADV0201 that contains a diagram that identifies what the markings are (for instance, lot number, trace code) but was wondering if the lot number and trace code are defined further, as is the date code. There seems to be such a doc for Enpirion that fully describes all of the markings but not for the FPGA devices.

Hi,

You can refer to the following link for the top side marking format which is applicable to Intel FPGA:

Thank you
