LAN91C111 test using simple socket sever and SRAM as prog memory

Hi,

I am having a hardware in which BHE bar and BLE bar pins of SRAM are grounded, thus making it to work only as 32 bit memory. I was planning to use it as my program memory and test my ethernet IC (LAN 91C111). What might be the possible issues that might arise using this 32 bit hard wired SRAM? Or, the test will pass without any problem?
