We purchased a Stratix 10 SX SOC Development Kit, but along with the kit we have not received the license serial number, what should we do now, whom to contact ?

Dev kit serial number SN# (is also the License Activation Code). Please check the dev kit #SN.

Do you mean you did not receive Quartus license after generate in the SSLC? You may regenerate the license
Why hasn't my license file arrived by email yet?
Although most license files are sent within a few minutes of being requested, it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive a license file after making the request. You will not receive the license file if the email address is incorrect. To view and generate your current license, go to SSLC and select Licenses > All Licenses from the menu bar.

Thanks for the reply.
We purchased 2 Intel Stratix 10 SX SOC Development Kit through Mouser distributor.
The kit has already reached us, and it's been almost 2 months, but we have not received the license serial number, which can be used in SSLC to generate license.dat file.
What should we do now to get the license serial number, let me know.

Yes, what we purchased is the Stratix 10 SX SOC Development Kit.
In license SSLC page in the place of License Activation code I used the serial number printed on the board and was able to get the license.
