Could someone confirm the parts below are active or NRND ( are various Speed Grade still available)
Also need to have the RoHS certificate for the part which specifies if any exemptions are being claimed.

It should not be obsolete within these few years but the life cycle is depending on its order volume. Request you to confirm the RoHS status for the part. ( i.e. is the part compliant to the 2015/863/EU delegated directive) and do let us know if any exemptions are being claimed for the devices.
For your information, the part number with ‘N’ suffix at the last character represented RoHS compliance, with no conversion required for Max II device. For details, kindly refer to the link below:
