I would like to know is there any limitation for the number of writes and reads that can be performed with FPGA RAM.

It's SRAM. Infinite reads and writes.

Hi @SK VA ,
Yes, It's Infinite reads and writes from Controller or IP point of view.
But however hardware side we do have limitation like MTBF. Which may impact on read write performance.
