MAX 10 vs MAX II dynamic power consumption

I'm thinking of making a board like the following.

This board uses MAX II, but I would like to use MAX 10. But would the MAX 10 consume more power than MAX II, assuming that they do the same job?

This forum page seems to have a bug. I cannot see my original post here.

The questions is whether MAX 10 would consume less power than MAX II. The assumed application is to acquire video from an image sensor and save it into a SDRAM. Like this board http://www.arducam.com/tag/arducam-mini/

I'm not sure if it's wise to use MAX II at present, considering support issue and its relatively high price (surprising..). Unfortunately I have a limitation in the maximum power consumption, thus if MAX 10 consumes more power, then I would have to go for MAX II.
