What is the Absolute Maximum Rating voltage for analog input pins on the MAX10 Dual Supply Devices?
If Prescalar disabled and a voltage higher than the voltage value of the VREF pin is applied to the analog input pin, how many volts is allowed?
Hello,
That will depend on user's configuration. Please refer to page 15 from this link https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/dp/max-10/PCG-01018.pdf
Thank you.
Hi!
The link page lists the power supply.
The question is not the power supply, but the maximum absolute rated voltage of the analog input pins and the allowable voltage when VREF is exceeded.
Best regards
Hello,
Thank you for emphasizing your point. You can refer to page 31 VREF I/O Standards Restriction, and page 32 for Voltage Maximum Rating (for 3.3 V or 3.0 V) from the document from this link: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/max-10/ug_m10_gpio.pdf
Please let me know if you need more information.
Hi!
The link page describes general-purpose I / O pins.
What I want to know is the absolute rated input voltage of the analog input pins and the permissible voltage when VREF is exceeded.
Best regards.
Hello,
The maximum absolute voltage for dual supply devices in Max 10 can be referred on page 4 from this document: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/max-10/m10_datasheet.pdf
Please make sure you do not put the value above that is suggested because that can damage your device permanently.
Information of voltage input when it is prescalar disabled can be referred on page 33 of the same document.
I hope this helps!
Hi!
Is the absolute maximum input voltage of the analog input pin the same as the general purpose I / O pin on page 5 of the link document?
4.12V ?
Best regards.
Thank you
