I am using Max10 FPGA. programm SOF file is fast. programm POF file is a little slower, but acceptible. However, after programming POF, it takes 20 minites for the programm verification process. Is this reasonable?

Hi Yong Jiu,
Programming of SOF is faster than POF and this is legit. The reason is because SOF is volatile and POF is non-volatile.
You mentioned about 20 min program verification, what is that? Is that a time in programming a MAX10 or boot up a MAX10?
Thank You

Hi Yong Jiu,
Yes, programming itself is fast. But when the other option is enabled in Quartus such as verification and examine, the time is longer.
Thank You.
