MAX10 single or dual config? ADC yes or no => (dual flash + watchdog) yes or no

After reading "all" confusing docus and playing with Quartus II I realized (not written ANYWHERE) that chips with analog-to-digital-converter have dual boot configuration possible.

But chips without ADC do not have this possibility and only one image can be programmed.

From this implicates to me, that answer on my long-time-not-answered question about watchdog is that chips without ADC do not have dual configuration and also do not have watchdog? Because it can only be enabled

for dual image devices.

TRUE or NOT?

(so dual config has nothing to do with watchdog - but yes, if we speak about simple device without ADC also watchdog is removed from it)

One of the selling points for Max 10 in the Altera website is dual configuration, so at leas one (if not all) have it.

From this:

It looks like they all have dual configuration except the low end device (10M02).

Exactly this is the main document and completely confusing!

If you try Quartus II you will see that for low end there is no possibility to select dual configuration. Having this in mind I was focusing to search on this phenomene....

An I found somewhere in Japan from Altera training attached table

This table confirms that Compact devices (No ADC) do not have double configuration and also (I believe) watchdog (no possible to enable it in Quartus unless you have dual configuration)
