MCU simulate JTAG upgrade firmware program for MAX10 CPLD.

I need to use MCU to simulate JTAG upgrade firmware program for MAX10 CPLD. Do you have any reference code? What documents can you provide for reference? Can it be shared with lattice CPLD program?
