Thank you for reaching out. Below is the FIT data for 10M04SCU169C8G, 10M08SCU169C8G & 10M04SCU169C6G.

 

10M04SCU169C8G FIT = 18.5 @ 70C Junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level

10M08SCU169C8G FIT = 18.5 @ 70C Junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level

10M04SCU169C6G FIT = 18.5 @ 70C Junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level
