Missing FPGA LEDs

Hi everyone,

I foolishly used the command

insmod /lib/modules/3.13.0-00298-g3c7cbb9/kernel/drivers/gpio/gpio-generic.ko

and the terminal seemed to freeze up. I turned off the board and closed the terminal. I seem to have disabled the default FPGA programming on the board.

How do I get the default FPGA boot up process back onto the board?

EDIT: I found the factory reset files. I made this post prematurely in a blind panic.
