NTSC/PAL/SECAM Video Decoder output (BT656) to RGB

Hi, 

 

I need help, how to get started in converting BT656 Video format to RGB using Quartus "VIP" Core using Qsys 

 

I have started looking in "TVP5150AM1" - NTSC/PAL/SECAM Video Decoder, which takes Composite video and converts it into 8 data + clk, 

 

but when i get to using Qsys -> Library -> DSP -> Video and Image Processing -> "Clocked Video Input". it's looking so confusing with so many parameters to set in, I'm tring to extract some info from TVP5150AM1's datasheet but with no luck, for example where are this "number of color plane" came from?, there is no indication about this in TVP5150AM1's datasheet, and even if did managed to set all parameters right, how do I convert it to RGB using "Clocked Video Output"?, maybe I am wrong not using the right Library for this task? 

 

any suggestions will be appreciated.
