Hi All,
I am looking for a Cyclone V SoC in SE series with below specifications:
-Minimum number of FPGA logic elements
-Minimum speed grade of 7
-With no hard PCIe or hard memory controller
-Used for commercial purpose
-Single core
-Package type either FPGA or UBGA whichever has 1mm pitch
-Standard power and Lead-free packaging
The suggested part must be RoHS compliant and regularly available in the market. EoL around 7 years can be helpful. Also, kindly suggest an eval board for the part.
