Output port dataout of the GXB transmitter channel PMA atom transmit_pma0 must be

HI, 

 

While running synthesis with quartus 11.0 sp1 with PCIe in x1 Gen1 , facing following errors in analysis and compilation stage itself : 

 

Error: Output port dataout of the GXB transmitter channel PMA atom \"transmit_pma0\" must be connected to an output pin 

Error: Clock input port inclk[0] of PLL \"dut:i_s0|dut_wrapper:i_s0|n_top:i_s0|pads:pads|pll_clk125:U_pll|altpll:altpll_component|pll_clk125_altpll:auto_generated|pll1\" must be driven by a non-inverted input pin or another PLL, optionally through a Clock Control block 

Info: Input port INCLK[0] of node \"dut:i_s0|dut_wrapper:i_s0|n_top:i_s0|pads:pads|pll_clk125:U_pll|altpll:altpll_component|pll_clk125_altpll:auto_generated|pll1\" is not connected 

 

Also tried to give a pin constraaint for tx_out , rx_in pin to use a appropriate IO. For PLL\'s inclk0, we gave a constraints to use a clock IO. But still, it is it is failing with above erros. 

 

I'm not using signalTap or any other things...  

 

Please help...
