PCI-cPCI bridge starting question

Hi there. 

Im new in this forum. Im trying to study the ways for the implementation of a "PCI bridge" in the FPGA Cyclone III. 

Does anybody know from where can I start? I don´t find the way... 

Any help is high appreciate. Cheers.
