where i can find documents of PicaRISC & Nios2DPX. 

is Nios2DPX higher version of PicaRISC.

is still PicaRISC & Nios2DPX supported by altera 

if it is true why they are not product.

They are not supported because they are not products, so if someone told you otherwise I would close the loop with them. I cannot comment on why they are not products.
