I am trying to buy these Intel Parts, and confirm their authenticity:
IF needed can Intel test a sample of the parts to verify that they are Intel original parts?
o If yes, please provide contact information for the entity and location that can perform the testing at Intel
o If Intel cannot perform the testing, please provide information on what labs or companies are authorized to perform the testing.

Hi Salah,
Per my understanding, you are trying to buy the Intel's part, which means you are not doing the purchase yet.
Hence, as i mention in case 04360619, Intel FPGA has its authorized distributor to sale Intel devices. If the customer got the devices from formal distributors, they shouldn’t worry on the device authenticity as the devices must be valid units. Otherwise, we do not ensure the device quality and do not provide the further service. You may find the authorized distributor list from the link below:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/buy.html
As mention above, all Intel's devices that was purchased from our authorized distributor are authentic. There is no test required to confirm their authenticity if you purchase them from the correct channel. I will provide you Intel's Top marking scheme for your reference through private message.
I hope this will clarify your queries as this is the only solution that can be provided since we do not provide any testing required by customer. Customer need to ensure that they purchase from our authorized distributor to avoid any authenticity issues.
Additional: I will close case 04360619 and continue to support from here.
Regards,
Aim

Hi Aim:We are not able to acquire the noted parts from any of Intel authorized distributor list from the link below:
ttps://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/buy.html
So case 04360619 should not be closed.
The only supplier that has the noted parts is Direct Components and we ordered it from them and they are not on Intel authorized distributers
For this reason I still need answers for these questions. an Intel test a sample of the parts to verify that they are Intel original parts?
If yes, please provide contact information for the entity and location that can perform the testing at Intel
If Intel cannot perform the testing, please provide information on what labs or companies are authorized to perform the testing..

Hi Salah,
Sorry to tell you that Intel does not responsible for purchases that was made outside from Intel's authorized distributor. Plus, all of the devices mention above were obsolete few years ago, hence that is the reason why you could not find it through our authorized distributors. Customers are advice to purchase our latest MAX family product as example, MAX II, MAX V, and MAX 10 from our trusted sellers. It is beyond our control when the purchased is not from our trusted distributors.
As I mention before,
Intel FPGA has its authorized distributor to sale Intel devices. If you got the devices from formal distributors, you shouldn’t worry on the device authenticity as the devices must be valid units. Otherwise, we do not ensure the device quality and do not provide the further service.
We apologize for any inconveniences that come from us.
I will close this case as Intel does not provide further service for devices that is obsolete and was not purchase from Intel's authorized distributors.
