I'd like to know if these four parts have been discontinued.

1. EPM3256ATI144-10N
2. EPM3128ATI100-10N
3. EPM7256AETI144-7
4. EPM7128STI100-10N

And also, if these parts have been discontinued, then please advise the alternate p/n for each item.
