Quantus2 version 12 web edition vector wave form doesn't exist

hi all 

i'm trying to simulate a project using vector wave form simulator, but i couldn't find it in is this free version doesn't support it?another thing when i tried to assign ports to my D-FLIP i couldn't find the option that gives me pins assignments in assignment Editor...any proposition how can i assign my pins ?i'm working on cyclone device.

Quartus 10, 11 and 12 don't support wave form simulations. Use Model-Sim instead. For pin assignments I use pin planner.

It is still supported for recent Quartus versions. See how it works http://www.altera.com/education/univ/software/qsim/unv-qsim.html

The Qsim simulator does support simulations for the Cyclone IV family though. I just found out the hard way and now transitioning to ModelSim
