Quartus 2022.4 Interlaken IP generation Problem

When I try to generate an Interlaken IP I get the following Error In the Parameter Editor Screen there is no device_revision parameter available in the menu.

Error: Interlakenx16: set_instance_parameter_value: No parameter device_revision
while executing
"set_instance_parameter_value ilk_f_adme device_revision $device_revision"

I've tried follow the steps in '1.2 Generating the Design' of the F-tile Interlaken Design Example User Guide below, then generation was successful without error.

I tried with F-tile device AGIB027R31B1E2V.

Please try again using F-tile device AGIB027R31B1E2V, if you still see the error, please provide your steps to generate the example design that led to this error.
