Quartus Prime License alteration

I got Quartus prime pro edition license as a donation from Intel to be used with MAX-10. However the pro edition does not support MAX-10. I filed a service request to get it changed but did not get any positive response. Can anybody please guide me what are my options to resolve this issue?

Simple: use the Standard or Lite edition. That Pro license should work for the Standard edition, I think.
