Quartus Webpack ( 13.1) and Cyclone - 3 problem

Hi 

 I need to modify existing ep3c25f324 Cyclone-3 project.  I downloaded Quartus 13.1 , which looks like the latest Quartus version with Cyclone 3 support. the problems are:  1. I can't obtain webpack license to get it work. Quartus is switching himself to evaluation mode , where I can't generate programming file. 2. Usb blaster driver is not working with Windows 7 64bit ENG.   So , please help me to arrange working setup for ep3c25f324 Cyclone-3 project. Does ep3c25f324 device supported by webpack? which version of webpack will work with ep3c25f324 properly?   Best Regards Michael

Webpack edition = xilinx

Regarding the USB blaster driver, you may refer to the following link to see if it helps:

Hi Michael, 

 Have you tried to manually install the USB blaster driver to see if it works? Normally the driver will be prompted to be installed after the QII installation completed. If not, then try manual installation.
