Quartus can't find shared libraries (Ubuntu 16.04 64 bits)

I just installed quartus II 9.1 SP2 web edition using the install script, but when a used the sudo ./quartus to open the program i receive this error message "./quartus: error while loading shared libraries: libccl_mem_native.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" i need to correct this problem to finish my university projects and i didn't find anything about this error in the internet.

Have you pointed the environment variable QUARTUS_ROOTDIR to the correct installed version? Some installation guidelines for old Quartus version https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/manual/quartus_unix.pdf
