Read/Write On_Chip_Memory StratixIII

Dear All , 

 

I have using stratix3 (industrial grade) device . The purpose of my project is sampling a A/D : 16bits@500Mhz and to strore el data into an On_chip Memory data bus 32bits@250Mhz . 

Which is the better solution to perform this task . 

Some advice will be very very thanks .
