Run project in NIOS II IDE

I trying to run a default project in NIOSII IDE, sometimes it's OK,but sometimes it will be paused and show up a dialog box "unable to launch c:/.../nios2-terminal.sh .....Make sure there are no existing instances of C:/...nios2-terminal.sh still running and attached to your communication device." 

and in the console "nios2-terminal: There are no JTAG UARTs available which match the --device and 

nios2-terminal: --instance options you provided." 

 

and in the Run...configuration, I set the additional nios2-terminal arguments as blank. 

I pressed the button of "terminate",but the problem still remains. Help me!!!

Thank you all! I know got the point. Maybe there's something wrong with the JTAG-UART module, so I must modify it in the SOPCBuilder. 

However, new problems emerges, so I will open a new thread to make consultance.
