STRAIXII inbterface DDR2

Hi, I'm University student. I must study the possibility to inteface two or more DDR2 to STRATIXII. I want use DDR2-667 so I must use only DLL based interface. I read STRATIXII handbook but I don't undestand if it's possibile to use 4 DDR2-667...Help me please...

it is. DDR2 667 is a 333MHz interface, which is supported in faster speed grade devices in stratix ii & iii.

Whether you can use 4 interfaces would be dependent upon how wide each interface is... I believe you can get away with up to 4 - 36bit interfaces...

I suggest you can use DDR2 SDRAM SODIMM, which is cheap and easy to control. For example:MT4HTF1664HY-667
