Searching for Altera FPGA partial reconfiguration tutorial or example

Hi everyone, 

  I am new to Altera partial reconfiguration. And right now I am doing my first project of partial reconfiguration using Altera devices. There is not much information about using Quartus II to perform partial reconfiguration on Internet.
