Stratix 10 GX development board unable to scan chain

Hi all,

I am new at Intel FPGAs. I am using Quartus Prime Pro v20.2 and Stratix 10 GX FPGA development board. I want to run BTS to test board. I changed the only SW3.3 to turn off and click BoardTestSystem.exe. But any GUI doesn't appear. It warns me as "error when scannig hardware -No devices". On the other hand, I click Programmer icon on the quartus guı. I see USB-Blaster variant and click Auto Detect. It warns me Unable to scan device. Can anybody help? I connected micro USB and ethernet cables. OS is windows 7.

Based on my understanding, The Intel Quartus Prime Standard and Pro Editions are no longer supported under Windows 7 and replaced with Window 10. An unsupported platform means that some things may work, but others not, and we won't put any resources into debugging or diagnosing. For more details refer the below link,

Hello,

I installed Quartus Pro v18.0 on Win10 PC. Then, I tested board with BTS application successfully. Additionally, this is the board that is in link.

Thanks
