Hi everybody, 

 

I currently design a board with a StratixIV ! 

 

I have all information i want with datasheets but i can't find this information : 

 

If you don't use the VCC_CLKIN, you must connect to ***** !

the Pin Connection Guidelines don't mention being able to connect VCC_CLKIN to anything but 2.5V:
