I'm not using reconfiguration mode in my design. Is it still necessary to connect reconfig_toxcvr and reconfig_from_xcvr ports in either hard PCIe or native PHY modules? Thanks, Gil

I don't connect those, and it works fine.

Hi GilS,

If per the handbook, connecting the reconfig controller is for offset cancellation to run. If possible, I think it would be good to follow the document.

Offset cancellation only apply for receiver. If you use transmitter only, then you can opt not to use transceiver reconfiguration controller if not required.
