Suggestion on Device

Dear ones,  

 

We are evaluating different FPGAs and ours is a low power design. Major components we want is to handle a camera interface (a few SPI channels, SRAM and SD Card interface). With NIOS 2 these things can be achieved easily, but it has to be lowest power consuming solution. Can you please guide and make some recommendations for suitable devices?

you probably want to look at the Cyclone IV E family. it's hard to recommend a specific device, from your basic requirements the 10 or 16 kLE device may work
