Hello,

Customer is claiming that he is not able to program the chip: 5M80ZE64I5N DC: 2307, PO: 029-WS903 You can find that he is using a USB Blaster device to do that, Previous part 5M80Z (this one is from 2018 - Foto2) is working with that Software, they are having 17.1 and 22.1 version of this Software, Could you please tell me if Customer is able to program 5M80ZE64I5N (Foto1) using USB Blaster device? Is this chip programable ?? Customer is not able to program that one,

Sorry for the delay, for this issue can you provide the error message that you have encounter during the configuration of the board. Is this the first time you are encounter the error. and finally have you tried to program with another similar board.

Please find the response from Customer:

Message error: no device detected.
This is the first time we are encountering this error: we mounted at least
400 pcs of this part without any problem in programming them.
If we mount parts received (datacode 2307A) on functioning boards, we
detect the message indicated and it's not possible to program them.
We detect the same error on all 6 models of boards on which we mount this
part.

 

Please advise next step,
