Thermal Models

I am looking for a thermal model for the Agilex 7 F-Series FPGA (part number: AGFB014R24B2E2V). I am using Solidworks Flow Simulation and require a STEP model with separate material/ heat location information. Document AN944 says I need to request this info but doesn't specify where so I hope I am posting in the right place!!!
